next steps

  • If you would be interested in working together, please get in touch via the contact page, or email me -

to book a free-of-charge 20 min consultation, where we can discuss your needs and hopes for therapy further, and see if we might work well together

  • the following step would be to book an assessment session - this will allow me to ask some further specific and detailed questions about what brings you to therapy, and to get the broader context of your personal history and background. This will help me better understand how we might move forwards

  • after the assessment session, if we are happy to proceed, I suggest we begin with an initial block of 6 sessions - this will help us to build a routine and settle into therapy, and start to build the working therapeutic relationship

  • we can check in again at session 6 and decide how we might want to move forward, either on a long-term / open-ended basis, or we can discuss another set block of sessions

some other points to note -

    • ending therapy - if we progress to an open-ended agreement and we do come to a point where it feels right to end, then I suggest a 4 session ending period, to help us to review the therapy and tie up any loose ends

    • my cancellation policy is 48hrs notice, in all instances - this includes for re-arranging sessions

    • I work from a therapy contract, which sets out important considerations around confidentiality and how we will work. I will send a contract over after the assessment session, if we agree to move forward
